4/23/96  The inner front of fuel tank has voids
   The rear of fuel tank has voids
   Ugh!  I forgot to flox the fuel filler neck.
   Ugh!  I used 10oz BID on the longeron - I guess 6oz would be better.
   A couple of bubbles on the longeron layup

To do:
   Flox/tape fuel baffle bottom
   Install upper/lower seatback
   Install side consoles and control hardware
   Test fuel tank
   Tape aft fuse cover
